Potong Saga

Finally, the 1st short video of "15 Malaysia" hv released....hehehe...waiting for so long! The 1st video is "Potong Saga" by Ho Yuhang.

The principal cast is Namewee, which is the famous "singer" of <麻坡的华语>, It's sooo funny...haha...





"15Malaysia" is a short film project. It consists of 15 short films made by 15 Malaysian filmmakers. These films not only deal with socio-political issues in Malaysia, they also feature some of the best-known faces in the country, including actors, musicians and top political leaders. You may think of them as funky little films made by 15 Malaysian voices for the people of Malaysia.

Although nowadays there are many nice eng songs, but this is still my favourite...Yesterday Once More by The Carpenters

T E A M

What do we mean by a Team? Yes, everybody will says "work together". But from one of my previous sem course, Principle of Management, the notes stated that a real Team is ....

"formed of ppl (usually a small num) with complementary skills who trust one another and are commited to a common purpose, common performance goals, and a common approach for which they hold themselves mutually accountable"

Yes, the keys for a real "team" are ----> trust one another + commitment + same goals

For the common answer, which is "work together", actually studied as "working group".
Working group means?? ....

"a collection of ppl who work in the same area or hv been drawn together to undertake a task but do not necessarily come together as a unit".....from the same PBM notes....

When i was 15 yrs old, I saw the following meaningful phrase at my mummy's office:

** Do you really know TEAM stand for what?
T= Together
E= Everyone
A= Achieves
M= More ***

.....yeah, that's what I want to mention!
And I would like to share a video clip with u all....... "Rain"
It shows the power of team!!
What i can say is.....It's awesome!
